Welcome to Evacuation Diagram Australia. These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of evacuation diagram design services, fire safety drawings, and related services provided by Evacuation Diagram Australia ("we", "our", or "us") to you ("Client", "you", or "your").
By requesting a quotation, placing an order, submitting building plans, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services
Evacuation Diagram Australia provides professional design services including but not limited to:

AS 3745:2010 compliant evacuation diagrams

Emergency evacuation plans
-
Fire safety drawings
-
Site and floor plan layouts
-
Fire equipment location diagrams
-
Custom branded evacuation diagrams
-
Diagram updates and revisions
All services are provided electronically unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion.

2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information including:

Floor plans
-
Site plans
-
Building layouts
-
Fire equipment locations
-
Emergency procedures
-
Occupancy information
-
Any other relevant project details
The Client is responsible for ensuring all submitted information is current and accurate.
Any delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information may affect project delivery times.

3. Compliance and Approval
Our diagrams are prepared based on information supplied by the Client and are designed to align with the requirements of Australian Standard AS 3745:2010 where applicable.
Final responsibility for:

Building compliance
-
Fire equipment placement
-
Emergency procedures
-
Regulatory approvals
-
Site-specific accuracy
remains with the Client and their nominated fire safety professionals.
Clients must review all diagrams before printing, installation, or distribution.

4. Review and Corrections
Clients are encouraged to review all completed diagrams immediately upon delivery.
Any errors directly attributable to Evacuation Diagram Australia must be reported within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
Corrections resulting from our design errors will be made at no additional cost.
Changes resulting from:

Updated building layouts
-
Additional client requirements
-
New information supplied after commencement
may incur additional charges.
If no concerns are raised within fourteen (14) days, the delivered diagrams shall be deemed accepted.

5. Turnaround Times
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed.
Delivery schedules may be affected by:

Delayed client responses
-
Missing information
-
Project complexity
-
Technical issues
-
Circumstances beyond our control
We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines.

6. Fees and Payment
Project fees are outlined in the quotation, proposal, or invoice provided to the Client.
Unless otherwise agreed:

Payment is due prior to final file release.

Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may attract extra charges.

Prices may be revised for significant scope changes.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services.

7. Intellectual Property
All evacuation diagrams, drawings, layouts, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Evacuation Diagram Australia until full payment has been received.
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client receives a licence to use the diagrams for their intended building or project purposes.
The Client may not resell, redistribute, or commercially reproduce our designs without written permission.

8. Confidentiality
We understand that building plans and emergency information may be sensitive.
Evacuation Diagram Australia will take reasonable measures to protect confidential information supplied by Clients.
Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties except:

Where required by law

To fulfil contracted services

With Client consent
Information already publicly available shall not be considered confidential.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Evacuation Diagram Australia shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits

Business interruption
-
Consequential damages
-
Indirect losses
-
Regulatory penalties
-
Losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by the Client
Our total liability relating to any project shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific project.

10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Natural disasters
-
Internet outages
-
Government actions
-
Industrial disputes
-
Power failures
-
Acts of war or terrorism

11. Website Use
Users agree not to:

Use the website unlawfully
-
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems

Distribute malicious software
-
Copy website content without permission
We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse occurs.

12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be published on this website and become effective upon publication.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Evacuation Diagram Australia operates.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation before legal proceedings are commenced.
