How to Order Evacuation Diagrams

No Floor plan? No worries! for Evacuation Diagrams.

STEP 1 – Existing Plans / Diagrams

If so, it’s easy! Simply email your existing plan to info@evacuationdiagram.com.au, and we can begin the consultation process straight away. Once we receive your floor plan, we’ll provide our user-friendly mark-up guide so you can clearly indicate the fire safety equipment located throughout your premises.

STEP 2 – No Floor plan? No worries!

Don’t worry if you don’t have a digital floor plan or blueprint.

You can send us a hand-drawn sketch of your premises with basic room layouts and fire safety equipment marked. Our experienced fire drawing team will convert it into a fully compliant evacuation diagram in accordance with AS 3745-2010.

STEP 3 – We Design Your Evacuation                     Diagrams

Once we have all the required information, you can leave the rest to us.

Our team will:

  • Design your customised evacuation diagrams

  • Ensure full compliance with AS 3745-2010

  • Send you a draft version for review and final approval

Any minor changes can be made quickly at this stage.

STEP 4 – Your Evacuation Diagrams                     Are Ready

After approval, we will deliver your evacuation diagrams in the format of your choice (PDF, print-ready files, etc.).

By installing them as per our Installation Tips, your premises will be fully compliant and ready for inspection.
